Banquet topic: The Shame Free Brain
Considering that our brain has such an important function in our lives we seldom receive instruction in all the ways it is designed to serve us. Often we or our clients feel shame simply because we don't know the difference between character and biology. When we know that FIght, Flight or Freeze isn't failure we can spare people a lot of pain. This session provides a simple roadmap of the brain to help us all navigate our own experience with grace and power.
