Specializations
I specialize in virtual therapy and offer only virtual sessions through a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform. I do not offer in-office sessions. It is my desire to provide Christian counseling for those throughout the state of Texas that are seeking transformation in their lives and relationships. I use an integrated treatment approach that is customized to each client's individual needs and each couple's needs and goals. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and I am also trained in brainspotting which is an advanced brain-body therapy that focuses on identifying, processing, and releasing imbalances, trauma, and residual emotional stress.

I am an in-network Insurance provider for Aetna and Cigna. For out-of-network coverage, I have partnered with Thrizer, a service that handles the out-of-network process automatically for my clients. They allow clients to only pay their co-insurance for my sessions after they meet their deductible. This means they don’t have to pay my full rate upfront, submit a superbill, and wait for the reimbursements.
