This past year has been an unusual and unwelcome time for all of us due to the COVID Pandemic, but Christian Counselors of Texas decided to meet that challenge by giving you two options for our conference.

Both In-Person/Hybrid and Virtual options for attending the 2021 conference will be hosted by Conference Tracker--the same platform and app that we have been using for the past 3 conferences. 

1st Option - In Person / Hybrid - Conference will be the same great experience only smaller due to social distancing requirements. SEATING IS LIMITED. If you choose this option, you will also have the option of watching any session you choose from the comfort of your hotel room or anywhere throughout the hotel on your own personal device.

Due to COVID restrictions, In Person / Hybrid is limited to 130 people and provides the following:

1. This registration will guarantee you a seat in all Keynote sessions and our Ethics workshop.

2. Seating in workshop sessions will be on a first come first served basis.

3. If your preferred workshop is full, you can view it from your personal device throughout from the hotel OR select another workshop.

4. Guest Registration will give the guest access to In Person Keynote Sessions ONLY due to Social Distancing Requirements. All workshops will be available for guests to access on their own personal device.

2nd Option - LiveStream Only - You will have the opportunity to participate and enjoy the conference in Real Time from the comfort of your own home or office through any streaming device and you will still receive the CEs needed for continued licensure. 

Attendees will be able to sign in and connect to sessions through either the Conference Tracker website or through the Conference Tracker app (depending on your chosen device). We are only offering livestreaming (not recorded) for this year's Livestream option so you will need to be signed in and "present" whether in-person or virtual at the actual presentation times to receive CE credit. More detailed instructions will be sent to you in the month prior to the start of our conference.

IF YOU DECIDE TO DO THIS AS A GROUP, EACH PERSON MUST BE REGISTERED TO OBTAIN THEIR CEs and LOG IN TO EACH SESSION ON THEIR OWN DEVICE.
